General Responsibilities - Create dimensional and detailed drawings from concept drawings to shop floor drawings - Review blueprints, plans, specifications and other customer documentation - Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation - Meet and discuss customer inquiries and address their needs - Meet the appropriate codes and regulations - Motivated and self starter - Ability to work with minimal supervision Skills & Qualifications - Degree or completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting, Mechanical Engineering or related field. As well, you will benefit from flexible hours with NO shift work! Position Overview Perform a variety of design/drafting activities including preparing/updating installation drawings for projects, preparing assembly drawings.
